The leading business, technology, and innovation congress in the region opened on September 6 at the Complejo de las Américas in Cartagena de Indias. The event featured notable attendees, including CINTEL Executive Director Manuel Martínez Niño, President Gustavo Petro Urrego, and ICT Minister Mauricio Lizcano.

With over 5,500 attendees in a 70,000-square-meter area, the congress offered insights on Artificial Intelligence, 5G, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.

ANDICOM 2023, held from September 6 to 8, featured over 80 academic sessions, 1,500 companies, 120 world-class speakers, and participants from over 30 countries. It focused on digital tools, regulation, public policy, and networking.

The event covered topics such as Digital Government, Smart Cities, Telecommunications, Blockchain, AI, Web 3.0, Metaverse, Digital Platforms, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics.
