 A long-term ServiceNow customer wanted to consolidate their vulnerability management reporting into a single system. Additionally, they wanted to integrate Vulnerability Management into their existing change management practices to formally track the discovery of new vulnerabilities to the remediation of the vulnerability for their customers. Also, to address the organization’s security needs comprehensively, the Security Incident Response Application was implemented.
